At 44 Boxing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your boxing gloves, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and worry-free.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in unworn and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@44bxng.com to initiate the return or exchange process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

2. Prepare Your Item: Ensure the item is in its original, unworn condition and securely packaged.

3. Ship the Item: Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team to return your item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

4. Processing Your Return/Exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or send out your exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we will ship the replacement once the original item has been received and inspected. If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product of equal value or receive a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn or used, unless they are faulty.
